1.     We will create postcard invitations for your event and mail one to each of the 170 Elkader area businesses on our mailing list. The value of this mailing is approximately $75 in supplies and postage, and several hours of the Chamber Secretary’s time.

2.     We will also provide $25.00 per event for you to spend on refreshments to be served at the event.

3.     Chamber Board members will attend the event to help welcome your visitors.

4.     We will arrange to have representatives from the local newspaper(s) take photos of the event, thus providing more exposure for your business. We cannot guarantee a story or published photos, but we will do what we can to encourage the paper(s) to publish the event.
