Emergency Management News Releases Emergency Management Plan Individual Assistance Delivery Construction UpdatesSewage Treatment Plant Project:The City of Elkader is upgrading their wastewater lagoon system. A resident information sheet provides a brief explanation and history of the project.As of September 2008: Plans have been submitted to the DNR. The City and the engineer are working to determine if additional upgrades are needed to the lift stations after the June flood. The City is pursuing additional grant funding from the USDA RD.
