Deer Run Resort is a beautiful, clean and level campground with 81 large campsites all with full hookups, a concrete pad for your camper and a concrete patio. Each campsite has 30/50 amp. electricity, water, sewer, fire ring and picnic table. The state of the art shower house is handicap-accessible and serves as a storm shelter. It is equipped with laundry facilities, soft water for showers, in-floor heat and is air conditioned.
A handicap-accessible cottage is available for rent year around. This fully furnished cottage sleeps six, is heated and air conditioned and has a flat screen TV. Sit by the fireplace and enjoy your family and friends in this beautiful cottage. No pets or smoking allowed.

Elkader City Campground opens April 1st WEATHER PERMITTING and closes November 1st. Stroll, picnic, play or camp in our lovely 3 acre shaded city park near the Turkey River. The city pool, playground equipment, ball fields, tennis, volleyball, frisbee golf, an exercise trail around the perimeter of the park, horseshoe courts and six open shelters, picnic tables and grills are located in the park. The six open shelters and an enclosed shelter can be rented for your special event. Hike on the nearby Pony Hollow trail or take the Riverwalk to downtown Elkader. 100-125 campsites (60-70 campsites are available with water and electrical hook up, 20 and 30 AMP). A new conveniently located bathhouse offers hot showers. Campers also have access to free firewood and a dump site.
Camping Fees:
Monthly camping fee @ $250.
RV/5th wheel/travel trailer/day @ $20.
Rustic & tent/day (no electric or water) @ $12
Monthly and daily rates only
